Returns

You have seven days from delivery to return a piece that does not fit. It comes back unworn, with its tags, in its bag.

Counted pieces can be exchanged for another size while that size is left. They are not refunded, because they are not made again.

Beauty and training products are returned only unopened. Programs are digital and are not returned once started.

Message us on Zalo with your order number. We send a courier to collect in Hanoi and Saigon; elsewhere we cover the return shipping label.
